Description

Come and join NRN's bat survey team!

With Spring on the way bat populations will soon be coming out of hibernation.

Bats are generally under-monitored so we'd like to learn more about our local species.

Our local experts Jenny Cadd and Sylfest Mudal will help us all gain skills to build our knowledge and experience over time.

This is an initial meeting to get to know each other, learn something about bats and carry out the first survey.

Please travel by foot, bus or bike if you can. The S1 Bus stops at the Talbot Inn, just outside our gate. We are between the Swinford Toll Bridge and the Talbot Inn (opposite the pub) recogniseable by the row of rusty birds on the gate and a thatch barn in the orchard.

If you need to travel by car please use the Eynsham Sports Pavilion car park (1 Oxford Rd, Eynsham, Witney OX29 4HG) then proceed on foot.
