Peace Oak's Annual Apple Day

The Peace Oak Association will be holding their annual Apple Day bonanza on Saturday 11th October. This promises to be a wonderful celebration of all things apple with this year's bountiful harvest!

The apple press will be in action, and everyone is invited to participate in making fresh apple juice and to bring your apple based culinary creations to share and taste.

There will also be experts on hand to identify apple varieties - bring your own to find out if it might be one of Wastie's unique Eynsham varieties.

Peace Oak will also be selling their famous family apple trees, with three varieties of dessert apple grafted to one tree.

We're looking for a couple of people to join us on our nature recovery network table, to chat to people about the work we have been doing in Eynsham and the surrounding area. Please let Catriona know if you can make it: catriona.bass@nature-recovery-network.org

In addition there will be:

Crafting
Children's activities
Food tasting competition (courtesy of Green TEA)
Fungi Foray

See you there, all are welcome.
